Apply now: UNA to fund 2 nursing students to attend 2014 AGM

United Nurses of Alberta will fund two students enrolled in nursing studies in Alberta to attend the UNA Annual General Meeting being held on Nov. 18, 19 and 20, 2014 in Edmonton. Any nursing student enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Registered Psychiatric Nursing program in Alberta may apply for this funding.

UNA funding includes travel cost, accommodation (if required), meal allowance and banquet ticket.

Interested nursing students may submit their names directly to UNA Second Vice-President Daphne Wallace by email at daphne@una.ab.ca. The deadline for submission is Nov. 7, 2014 at 4:00 p.m.

UNA is the union for more than 30,000 Registered Nurses, Registered Psychiatric Nurses and allied workers in Alberta.
