University of Alberta Nurse Researcher Donna Wilson was interviewed about Workplace Transformation. Early in 2010, Alberta Health Services announced Workplace Transformation. It is a plan to move to lower staffing levels, particularly of nurses. AHS presents this plan with engaging catch phrases and promises of consultation. But Nurses remain concerned.
