Nurses rallied against cuts in care at Youville Home in St. Albert on Friday, June 25th. "Our seniors deserve better" they chanted. Nurses are upset that staffing, in particular RN staffing, is being cut at Youville, and in many continuing care facilities around the province. "This is not how we treat seniors, we can afford better," Friends of Medicare's David Eggen told the rally.
