Since the 2008 Joint Contract Interpretation Sessions, Collective Agreement interpretation questions have been submitted by both employees and managers to the Multi-Employer/UNA Joint Committee.
The attached document contains contract interpretation questions submitted, and the respective answers jointly developed and agreed upon by the Joint Committee.
