UNA President Heather Smith wrote to AHS CEO Stephen Duckett today requesting an urgent meeting on AHS' "Peak Pressure" Response planning.
AHS is holding a top level meeting today on a proposed plan to reduce ER wait times. The plan is to be in place by early December and it will impact nurses in many different health roles.
Heather Smith asked that AHS consult with the union before finalizing the plan.
