Outlook on Nursing Survey

In a joint study with the University of Toronto, the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions is examining the relationships between nurse staffing, nurses’ work environment and nurse outcomes in Canada.

The Outlook on Nursing study is open to all currently practicing nursing across all employment sectors, including acute, long-term and community care. UNA members are encouraged to complete the survey and help paint a picture how nurse workload affects health outcomes in Alberta.
