Members of United Nurses of Alberta Local 76 from the Cold Lake Health Centre wore white on the Wednesday of the 2017 UNA Annual General Meeting.
United Nurses of Alberta members are encouraged to wear white on Wednesdays to help their patients, residents and clients visually identify how many nurses are working in their hospital or care centre.
Close to 900 nurses participating in the recent UNA Annual General Meeting wore white on the Wednesday of the meeting to demonstrate their committment to safe patient care.
