PrintFour Nursing Students awarded UNA Scholarships
United Nurses of Alberta is proud to have presented Nursing Education Scholarships to four Nursing Students this week in Calgary.
Claire Brown from Mount Royal University was sponsored by Siri Miller from Local 28 (Drayton Valley Health Centre/Breton Health Centre)
Gregory Cunningham from Mount Royal University was sponsored by Connie Cunningham from Local 415 (South Health Campus)
Danica Kohls from the University of Calgary Medicine Hat College Campus was sponsored by Tonya Kohls from Local 70 (Medicine Hat Regional Hospital).
Manvir Parmar from the University of Calgary was sponsored by Kuljit Parmar from Local 115 (Foothills Health Centre).
UNA is proud to award scholarships of $1,000 to 37 Nursing Students this year, marking the union's four decades of representing nurses in our province. More scholarships will be presented to students over the next few weeks.

Applications for this year's UNA Nursing Education Scholarship will be accepted until Oct. 15, 2018.
