Minister of Justice and Solicitor General responds to University Deans application for intervenor status

The Minister of Justice and Solicitor General has responded to an application by the deans of the nursing faculties at the University of Alberta, Athabasca University and the University of Calgary to have intervenor status in the United Nurses of Alberta’s application for determination to represent Nurse Practitioners employed by Alberta Health Services. The Minister takes no position on the request from the deans.

UNA was informed of this development on October 3, 2018, in correspondence from the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
