UNA members employed by Covenant Health asked to complete PRC research survey

UNA members employed by Covenant Health may have recently received an email from their manager asking to participate in a survey related to perceptions of the Professional Responsibility Concern (PRC) process.  This survey is a follow-up from a previous survey conducted in May 2018.

All Registered Nurses and Registered Psychiatric Nurses, as well as nurse managers and administrators, employed by Covenant Health are asked to complete this research. The results from this survey will researchers in gaining a deeper understanding of the PRC process to inform future work on the process. 

The research is being conducted by Dr. Christy Raymond from the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta.

To participate in this study, it is requested that UNA members complete an electronic survey that will request thoughts and information about any involvement with the PRC process. Please complete this survey regardless if you have completed the first survey conducted earlier this year. 

The survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

All submissions are anonymous and completion of the survey is not mandatory. Participants can withdraw their participation up until the survey is submitted electronically. 

Surveys can be completed until December 31, 2018.
