Annual telephone survey of UNA general membership starts May 1, runs until mid-May

The annual United Nurses of Alberta survey of its general membership will commence on May 1 and will wrap up by May 18.

The yearly telephone survey of a randomly selected sample of UNA members is conducted by Viewpoints Research on behalf of UNA.

When Viewpoints Research calls, often in the evening, your telephone’s call display will show the UNA office name and number, 780-425-1025.

If you are among those contacted, please be aware that Viewpoints does not leave a message but may attempt to contact you up to five times. If you are out or unavailable when Viewpoints calls, you may find UNA’s number listed on your call display as a missed call.

Information collected through the survey is confidential and anonymous. To protect members' privacy, dialling is computerized. This ensures that the telephone interviewer, who does know the name of the member they are calling, does not see the member’s phone number. After responses are collected, Viewpoints Research combines and aggregates all the data before sharing results with UNA.
