This session introduces new executive members to some of the details that arise in providing leadership in a healthy and active local. Stressing the teamwork aspect of local leadership, you will consider many of the day-to-day activities needed to keep your local functioning. You are introduced to the basics of many tasks you encounter in your leadership position. Many tools are provided online and computer based activities will help you become familiar with UNA Net’s communication and data management options.
