PrintCollective Agreements now online for members employed by the Bethany Care Society
Newly ratified contracts are now posted in the Collective Agreements section of this website for United Nurses of Alberta members represented by Local 91 at Bethany Care Centre - Calgary, Local 173 at Bethany Care Centre - Cochrane and Local 419 representing members at Bethany Care Centre - Collegeside in Red Deer and Bethany Care Centre - Sylvan Lake.
The four collective agreements expire on March 31, 2017.
UNA provides a wide range of services to its members. A key role is negotiating the excellent collective agreements that regulate salaries, benefits, schedules and working conditions of members. UNA also administers its agreements to resolve disputes, improve working conditions and protect nurses’ workplace rights.
