UNA pays tribute to the Nurses of Fort McMurray

More than 1,000 members of United Nurses of Alberta paid tribute to the Registered Nurses and emergency workers of Fort McMurray at the UNA annual general meeting on Oct. 27, 2016 in Edmonton. Facing huge challenges and personal loss during the wildfires of May 2016, nurses demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their patients and their community. 

UNA thanks the nurses of Local 96 Northern Lights Regional Health Centre and Local 229 Fort McMurray Community. You made your fellow Nurses proud. You made UNA proud. And you made Alberta proud.
