More than 70% of Albertans have no workplace pensions - they're on their own when planning for their retirement.
The Redford government is not addressing this problem. Instead, they're attacking the retirement security of those who have a decent pension.
Instead of undermining the modest savings of public-sector workers, Alberta needs to expand the pension umbrella so that every senior in the province can live with dignity.
