More than seventy members of United Nurses of Alberta have gathered in Edmonton this week to participate at the biennial Alberta Federation of Labour convention.
The convention, being held at the Shaw Conference Centre from April 25 to 28, will include speeches from Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives economist Armine Yalnizyan, Canadian Autoworkers economist Jim Stanford, New York State Nurses Association director Jill Furillo, and pollster Allan Gregg.
