UNA to fund up to 5 nursing students to attend 2019 AGM

The United Nurses of Alberta Executive Board has passed a motion to fund up to five nursing students enrolled in nursing studies in Alberta to attend the 2019 UNA Annual General Meeting in Edmonton, October 22 to 24, 2019.

This is open to all nursing students enrolled in a BN, BSN or RPN Program in Alberta.

Preference will be given to facilitate one student per District.

Funding will include travel, accommodations (if required), meal allowance and banquet ticket.

Interested students may submit their names directly to Second Vice-President Daphne Wallace by email at daphne@una.ca.

The deadline for submission is October 9 at 1600.

Students must state their nursing program and school, year of studies and phone number where they can be contacted.
